By using the services of Collision City, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all repair, paint, and auto body services provided by our shop.
1. Service Estimates & Authorization
- All repair estimates are provided in good faith and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.
- No work will begin without customer approval. Authorization may be given verbally, in writing, or electronically.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vehicle and insurance coverage (if applicable).
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon completion of repairs, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance payments directly (when applicable).
- Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.
3. Insurance Claims
We work with many insurance providers to assist in processing claims. However:
- Collision City is not responsible for delays caused by insurance companies.
- The customer remains responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
- Insurance approval does not guarantee full coverage of all services requested.
4. Warranties
- We provide a limited warranty on paint and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the completion date.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, subsequent accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made after service.
- Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must pick up their vehicle within 5 business days of notification of completion unless prior arrangements are made.
- Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond the pickup period.
- Customers must provide proof of ownership or authorization for repairs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Collision City is not liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by fire, theft, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Personal items left inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove valuables before service.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vehicle repairs.
7. Website Use
If you use our website, you agree not to misuse it for unlawful purposes. Information on the website, including pricing and promotions, may change without notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Collision City operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the local courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
Collision City reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
